Clophill House

Several rooms are available specifically for guests, to make the stay at Clophill House as pleasant as possible. The house has internet on a wireless network, but there is a wired ethernet junction in the library as well.

Breakfast Room

On the ground floor next to the kitchen, the guest entrance leads directly into this room. A large bay window looks out into the kitchen garden and catches the morning sun. The central part of this dates from 1720 and some of the panes are very old. The fireplace is decorated with antique delft tiles and now houses a modern wood-burning stove to warm the room.

Guest Rooms

Upstairs in the guest wing there are two double bedrooms, one of which comes as a suite with private sitting room.

Both rooms are provided with Free-sat satellite TVs, including all the terrestrial TV and radio channels, with DVD players included. Instructions are provided for those not familiar with satellite systems.

Each room has facilities for making coffee, tea or hot chocolate as well as biscuits and shortbread.

Hairdryers are included in each room, as are alarm clocks. Shoe polishing kits, sewing kits and irons are available.
